Conditions of Registration

When you book, you assume certain responsibilities so....
Please Read Carefully
• Closing date for registration is 5 working days prior to scheduled seminar date.
• Our receipt of your payment will secure this booking.
• Any requests for transfer once a booking is made incurs an administration charge of 30% of the fee.
• Requests for transfers which do not give sufficient notice as per our cancellation policy cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.

Transfer of registration:
• Once your booking is confirmed, if you are unable to attend, you can send someone in your place at no additional fee. You will need to let us know who that person is.

Cancellation Conditions:
• If cancellation is made within ten working days the fee, less an administration charge of 30% will be refunded or transferred to another course. This applies whether or not full registration fee has been received.
• If cancellation is made within five working days of the course, the full course fee is payable. Registrants who do not attend are responsible for the course fee and are not able to receive a refund.
• If you are unable to attend a course, you can send someone in your place. Please let us know.

• If a course does not go ahead, you will receive a full refund.

Our acceptance of this booking is conditional on your understanding and agreement to these conditions.
