Our coaching packages are professionally designed and will meet your specific referral and/or compliance requirements.
A typical approach would involve:

1. Liaison with employes re nature of referral, relevant background and establish outcomes to be achieved.

2. Attendance of employee at 90 minute one-to-one coaching session (at our premises or employer preferred location) to:

- raise awareness in specific behaviour area
- establish employer's requirements for workplace behaviour
- administration of online learning package
- objectively assess employee's understanding
- behaviour change coaching

3. Verbal feedback from coach to employer. Coach to deteremine whether or not follow-up session is required.

4. If required, follow-up coaching session of 60 minutes within the month and email/telephone support as required.

6. Written report provided by coach to employee and employer.
